How it works
- To become a DSP Executive, you need to be a DSP yourself, with at least one computer.
-
You must also be a DSP Leader with at least 2000 DSP's',
- a DSP Supervisor with at least 10 DSP Leaders
- and a DSP Manager with at least 20 Managers in your network. - As a DSP Executive, you pay a license fee (contact your HN partner). Your return on investment, or ROI, is typically factor 9.7.
- As an Executive, you will get a 50% discount on your license fee as a DSP Manager, Supervisor and Leader.
- Your earnings come as a percentage of the income generated by the DSP's' within your DSP Executive network.
- You can sign up for this role through your HN application when you have at least 20 DSP Managers in your network.
- You may choose to reduce the number of Managers you oversee as a DSP Executive to a minimum of 10.
- When applying as a new DSP Executive or when you want to increase your license, HN assesses whether there is still capacity to expand the network. This could be general, specific to a country, or a region. Therefore, you might be placed on a waiting list.
- As soon as HN can allocate 2 DSP Managers in its network, your request will be accepted, and you will receive your first 2 DSP Managers to support or take the next step in the license model.
- Your earnings are directly influenced by the device’s availability, speed, and accessibility in your network; the better and more reliable the device’s performance, the greater its contribution to the HN network, and the more you earn.
- When your network expands either through your efforts or because new DSP Managers select you via the HN website, and you reach the next level, your license will be adjusted accordingly. You will pay the license fees that correspond to that level.
HN provides you with the technical documents you need to perform your role effectively. It is also possible to create your own webpage on HN to maintain your HN network and, for example, offer additional products or services. Additionally, HN has a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page where you can refer DSP Leaders. Of course, you can also send us questions and answers to enrich this page.
Licenses and estimated earnings

Get in touch with your partners who can give you an overview of the licensing structure and the average income you can earn with this role. HN charges a monthly license fee.
The maximum number of licenses for a DSP Executive is 15, corresponding to a network of approximately 100,800,000 DSP's.
The DSP Managers in your network can rate you with up to 5 stars on the HN website. A DSP Supervisor may also choose to switch to another DSP Manager if they believe your support is not adequate. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a strong connection with your network. The rating influences the choice of HN to assign DSP Supervisors and/or a performance step to you.
You are responsible for the taxes on your HN income. Your HN income is ALWAYS GROSS!
