What are HN value shares
Welcome to the HN investors programm. Value shares are a form of stock or equity representing a portion of ownership in the HN platform's total value. This means that by purchasing a value share, you are investing in a potentially high-growth asset that could increase as HN’s gross profits grow.
How it works
Simply put, the HN system distributes to value share owners a percentage of its daily global gross sales of storage and bandwidth, providing each owner with their specified share of the system’s accumulating profits—every day. For example: If HN earns €10 000 000 in a day, and you hold a value share of 0.01 %, you would earn €1 000 that day. Your value share returns can be checked at any time in your value share logbook. At the end of each day, all earned value share returns will be transferred to your account.
The guidelines
Value shares can be acquired as personal or business assets and may be transferred or inherited by other HN account holders. Anyone wishing to purchase a value share must undergo a know your customer (KYC) process, and the transaction along with its terms will be documented in a legally binding smart contract.
Please note: Buying value shares does not entitle you to make decisions about the system or to vote at shareholder meetings. It is purely an investment.
As long as the HN system remains operational, value shares will generate earnings based on the system’s global daily gross sales. Unlike traditional stocks, value shares will never drop below zero, so you won’t have to worry about negative earnings. Since value shares are linked to the HN system’s profits, you will receive your fair share as long as there are profits. Additionally, because the system prevents its customers from running a balance or accumulating any debt, its profits will never fall below zero.
